Roto-Draw's ability to hold dimensional accuracies has not been equaled by any other known tube tapering process. Roll-Flo is a modern age, high production chipless machining process through the plastic deformation of metal by coaxial rolling over a hardened mandrel. Tube hollows of nickel based and titanium alloys are x-rayed and redrawn in our specialized tube drawing equipment utilizing in-house heat treating equipment to control sophisticated time to temperature and time at temperature cycles.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Engine Shafts&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;LeFiell has a 3250 ton press and facilities to perform heat treating and rough machining operations. We have one of the largest and most modern facilities producing gas turbine engine shafts in the world. Our facilities allows us to perform upsetting, expanding, flaring, backward extruding, swaging and Roll-Flo (chipless) forming.
